Hi I have sold an item in an auction format with no returns selected on the listing. I have listed the item as correctly as possible for the item has no labels. I measured the item against another i my wardrobe and used the same sizing on my listing. The buyer is now asking for a return saying the size is incorrect. Where do I stand? In one area of eBay it says I can choose to not return item, then I read the eBay money back policy and im confused!

Did you put measurements in?
Or just the size on the label of your other item?
If a, you should be right.
If b, you will have to accept a return.
Different styles within a brand can be different sizes. Between brands, they are almost guaranteed to be different.
'No returns' only applies to change of mind, not for not as described.
