Ive recently sold a collectable, the winner of the auction ( who is from the US ) is claiming they cant transfer the funds from thier Paypal account as the amount is much larger than what they've ever transfered before and paypal has 'red flagged' it from going through.
So, the buyer is asking for an invoice directly through Paypal.
Is this allowable? or is the situation a bit suspect ?
The buyer seems legit, he has over 500 transactions and 100% positive feedback but im thinking i'll refuse to send a straight paypal invoice and insist he pay through ebay checkout.
Thanks in advance 🙂

Good news, but I do hope you put in the eBay item number in the invoice as Kopes said earlier, otherwise there still could be problems.

Congratulations. It sounds as if you & the buyer are both very genuine so hopefully everything goes smoothly from here on in.
OMG though, I had a look, wow, what a great result. I see the original price was 99c, down from $4.99.
Now, whoever would have thought!!!!

Am I reading it correctly, the first time it didn't sell for $5900 with no bids but the second time it was listed it sold for $11,000 and the GI Joe didn't sell for 99 cents but sold the second time it was listed for nearly $1000?
I don't understand that.

There's not many around Kopes 'cos the boxes often taste better than the cereal itself - hence, of course, the rarity of them...........
