I have been contacted after a relisted item ended, without bids. The offer was respectable and I am happy to sell.Do I now create a "Buy it now" listing? Can I make it exclusive to this prospective buyer?

list as a buy it now at the agreed price, and in the listing title say "for x id x" where that is the buyer's ID.
it takes a while for new listings to appear in search results, so email the new listing number to the buyer.
they can find it by searching the listing number in the normal search box.
so they will see it right away and be able to buy.
you cannot reserve a listing as such, but this way works 🙂
if people do see it, they should respect it is for a certain ID, but the buyer should see it first this way.

I have done this numerous times before.
Just organise a suitable time for both of you and at the agreed time relist it as a buy it now.
Then send a message to the buyer giving them the item number and they should be able to go straight to it and complete the sale.
This method has worked well for me in the past.
