Having trouble getting in touch with a buyer, who paid for the item, it has been sent, and tracking information from Aus Post states it was delivered over a week ago. Have asked buyer twice if she could mark the item as delivered so eBay will release the funds. Any other tips? Thanks!

You appear to be a new seller, or at least havent sold for an extended period, in which case your funds wont be released for 30 days anyhow.

Did you upload the tracking number to the order ?
Even if the buyer leaves feedback and the tracking in the order details show delivered, eBay will not necessarily release the funds early.

Everything else aside
Your funds will be on hold for 30 days since you are a new seller
Assuming you have indeed fully completed sign up for Managed Payments and been verified to sell
And your last feedback as a seller was 'over a year ago' so yes, eBay do consider you a new seller
Did you upload the tracking to eBay, as you need to do as well?

I don't know of any way a buyer can mark an item as delivered.
Did you add the tracking number to the sale? If so, and Aust Post tracking shows it was delivered, then the sale records should also show as delivered.
No guarantee your funds will be released early, but you definitely have to make sure the tracking number was uploaded to the transaction to have any chance.
