I have had 2 regular customers private message me & say this comes up
You are the winning bidder on, or have bought, the Maximum allowed of this seller's items in the past 10 days
& they can't purchase from me
This has only started happening in the last week or so
We have worked around it so they can purchase some items but, I have no idea why they are getting this message & having trouble purchasing from me
I have checked all my settings & the only setting I have ticked is country I won't send only
I have rang eBay & they can't figure it out either
Now check this out
on my iphone I click revise item
scroll to Preferences (Open) it
Down the bottom it has Buyer Restrictions (ON) Open it
Turn it to OFF
LIST IT
And it comes up congratulations your listing is listed for sale
Do it again on the same item
The Green ON is ON AGAIN
It won't stay to OFF
Wonder if this last eBay update for my iPhone has something to do with this!!!!!
Any body else have this problem
would love to know if it's just me or something in my iPhone settings etc
Thanks in advance

Hi. This is not a permanent fix, but as a temporary one, if you go to the Buyer Requirements Activity Log...
http://offer.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerRequirementsActivityLog
...you should be to tick a box to exempt those buyers from any unforeseen restrictions put in place. Hope that helps.

Further to what Justajunk said, you could also try removing the options on the actual buyer requirement page rather than try to do it in the listing http://offer.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences

Poor customers wonder why they messaged me

Have you tried listing with a computer?
The eBay app is notoriously glitchy.
I only use it because it goes 'ca-ching' when I make a sale. For selling it is useless and, anecdotally, it's not much better for buying.
