Hi community,
I send an item to a buyer via express to make sure she has got it on the weekend. After posting it, Paypal told me not to send it because the payment did not come through. Now she tells me that it has not arrived yet, even though the tracking number tells a different story. Anyone experienced this before? What can I do?

was it a paypal echeque that didn't clear?

if you have Aust Post proof, then you are in the right .. ask AP for print out of proof .. or copy & paste the delivey date & time to a message to your buyer .. saying items have not turned up when they have is just cyber shop lifting

Did you initially receive an email from PayPal instructing you to send the item, or did you do so beforehand?
If PayPal instructed you to send and you can show that you did so before they then told you not to, PayPal should cover you in this instance, so give them a call.
