That's funny. I can always find all items people are discussing, but the only Zimmernann I can see from the fb sold on the 4th of March for AU $81.00. Maybe you have found it somewhere else, not in the fb, as the buyer was not happy anyway.
Never mind, it is not so important. I don't want to hijack this thread.

Have a look at the OP's sold listings. They are all there.

It is too late, as the maximum is 15 days, but it is good to know how it works, thanks.

All showing under completed listings for me

Personally, I quite agree that the buyer is just using it as an 'easy out' as their first excuse did'nt work for buyer's remorse
Personally, I would also if possible have someone witness you open the package when they return it, because *if* they are being like that, then there is also the possibilty they might have caused some damage themselves
Just saying, it's happened in the past to others in similar situations

I don't know where you are looking but if you go to the OP's current listings then look on the left handside you will see further refinements.
Use either Completed Listings or (as I did) Sold Items you will see the dress in question towards the bottom of the list. It is certainly more than 15 days but it is still there.

Thanks, I was looking here: http://www.ebay.com.au/sch/ebayadvsearch?_sofindtype=2

I looked at the listing.
I wouldn't know the tag was loose as such, just from your photo. It's on an angle but I am like someone else here who mentioned they just thought you were photographing the tag, not showing anything in particular about it.
Personally a loose tag wouldn't worry me but may worry those who are after a designer brand. I think ebay might side with the buyer simply because there was no specific mention of it in the ad.
I'd be 90% sure it is buyer's remorse. My bet is the model wearing that dress in the photos was probably some thin woman about 6 ft tall or more and when an average woman tries it on, it probably looks longer in comparison.

@queenwaldorfIf I was the buyer I would MAYBE be concerned about something like that just because Zimmermann is a counterfeited brand, particularly the dresses and dodgy labels can be a sign of this (same with Self Portrait branded stuff).
To be sure and reassure the buyer one could look at the dress and its label on the original Zimmermann website, but they don't have it any more and on other sites it is sold out. Maybe they just made it this way, but I have no idea. It is not quite perfect next to the 2 (a stitch is not quite straight), not sure if it means anything. I do think the photos are quite clear, at least to me, and photos are usually "part of the description".
As for the length, that seems to be a tall model with pretty long legs, as already remarked, so the buyer should have asked for measurements to be sure.
I always ask for measurements when I buy clothes if not indicated because sizes are not always the same and vary from brand to brand.
PS: Now they even have Made in China labels, and they are real: http://www.news.com.au/lifestyle/fashion/designers/consumer-backlash-against-aussie-designer-zimmerm...
