I sent a parcel with $130 dollars of car parts using the th eBay postage system ,tracked from Melbourne to Sydney . It was delivered in three days . 2weeks latter I received notice from eBay that buyer hasnt received the goods and want a refund ,address checks out in pay pal and eBay .i have sent the tracking info to the resolution centre ( don't understand why I should have to do this when it clearly shows this info upload om my sold l page ) . The issue I have no is that I'm overseas for the next 9 months s and have Withdrawn the fund from my pay pal and linked account .

If you have tracking showing it was delivered then they will have buckleys openeing a dispute either in ebay or paypal against you as long as you shipped to the paypal address.
Tell them to take the tracking number to the PO and get them to trace it. Only the recipient of the parcel can do this once it is showing as delivered in the tracking.
Do not refund, it sounds very much like a free shopper.
