I have contacted her to withdraw her negative feedback and have noticed that she has left 12 negative feedbacks for the 13 items she has purchased. My question - what can I do here? I have reported to her ebay, have contacted her (no response), have replied to the feedback she left, but I am so upset because she has tarnished the 100% rating I have had for years! She has done this to me is doing this to others out of spite so she can ruin them! It seems to be a game she is playing. Can ebay block her?
Any advice would be most appreciated.

๐ฎ Couldn't get to my "special" list quickly enough!
Naughty, naughty, rogie - you've left the Numpty a green dot with a negative comment, which could result in YOU getting a violation:-( Let's hope your Numpty buyer doesn't know ebay's rules.
You need to complete a Defamation Form and forward it to ebay - that neg should disappear when they do the next batch of Defamation Claims - which could be as long as 10 days - so I was told by an ebay rep:-) Hopefully, ebay will see what a complete and utter Numpty this one is and remove it sooner.

I know I have violated ebay's policy and have rung them to confess. They are removing my comments in the next few hours! Where do I find the Defamation Forms? I have filled out every other form under the sun connected to reporting an ebay member, but not this one. Can you point me in the direction please?

I hope that it is looked into fully.
The feedback the buyer has left you (and others) more or less states that you have committed a crime...selling knock-offs.If untrue they may actually be committing a crime in doing that.

that being said common sense to all sellers is to check on who's bidding on their items...with the above pest mentioned she would have lasted less than 2 seconds bidding on my products before canceled and banned

and how would you cancel her buying any of your buy it now items?
sellers violating ebay rules leave false positives is really not the way to go, no matter how ''handy'' you find it
