Yes I have and all are selling authentic goods. I delved a little further and noticed that the buyer who left me the negative feedback has copied someone else's comment word for word and left that comment for me. I was suspicious before but this raises my suspicions two-fold.

Another thing to note - the buyer who left negative feedback to me has posted ALL of her negative feedback to other seller on the same day - April 4th! Very weird indeed!

You say you have a receipt for the MAC products, is it from an authorised reseller or from a wholesale outlet?
You say perfume will be posted in accordance with AP policy, that is nit enough for ebay, you actually have to have a DGL to be allowed to list, do you have one?
Most of the MAC items listed on ebay turn out to be fake and it takes a lot to convince some sellers who are sure theirs are genuine because their supplier tells them it is so!

in post #39 the OP states ". . . my usual supplier in the US (who by the way is a MAC consultant)".
Does MAC have a list of authorised distributors/consultants/re-sellers that is available for viewing online?

just a few months ago MAC withdrew all their items from Target Australia because they (target) were buying fakes from someone who they thought was a legit wholesaler, so that's how widespread the fake business is ! Target apparently didnt know.

not saying the OPs were not fakes, not at all, however Im guessing the 'rogue bidder' has an axe to grind.

Pretty sure they do & this was discussed on a similar thread some time ago.
At the end of the day, fake MAC is readily available on a multitude of internet sites for individual buyers & resellers.
There is one particular US site where you can buy 36 boxes of the 1.5gm eyeshadow for example for around $12 including postage to Australia.
There is a very large Chinese seller on ebay who sells the exact same products as MAC for a fraction of the price.
As for 'difference in quality'-presume you'd need a degree in chemistry or something to be able to tell the difference.

There is a very effective way to get eBay to do the right thing.
As an incorporated entity eBay is required, by law, to take all reasonable steps necessary to ensure that its site is not being used by its client sellers to engage in anti-competitive behavior.
Here you have a recently registered buyer ID being exclusively used to buy a specific category of goods, and then leaving negative feedback. These facts alone strongly suggests this is a buying account specifically set up by a competitor so that they can obtain a market advantage by harming a competitors reputation by leaving malicious feedback.
Therefore what I would do is give eBay one more opportunity to correct the situation by removing all negative feedback left by this buyer ID, and if they don’t, I’d be lodging a complaint with the ACCC on the grounds that eBay has failure in its obligation to take reasonable steps to monitor its site so as to ensure its sellers don’t use feedback as means to engage in uncompetitive behavior.

I too am very upset with ebay as they will not take what other sellers and I have said - she's still there buying. They can see what other sellers have written and still she remains there -
As I said, HOW on earth can eBay judge who is right? I cannot judge; maybe your item was real, but the chance is that most of the others were not. Maybe she is one of the eBay vigilantes trying to make life of sellers of fake MAC bit difficult. As I said if you have proof of authenticity get the FB removed, but you cannot possibly know that all of the other sellers are also selling the real MAC. Actually the probability is that they are not.

I looked up thesecomments and it won't make a difference. If I was buying from u I would read the negative but I always check out the person leaving bad feedback when the rest is so positive.
There will always be bad sellers and buyers but the best way to deal with them is to leave your own comments without names and swears as thats what will effect your buissness
