All of our listings have "LOCAL PICKUP ONLY 4207 Halfway between Brisbane & the Gold Coast" on them.
Not only is it INSIDE the listings, but it is included in the title of each and every listing also.
I have one particular buyer who is INSISTING that she "Doesn't understand why I won't post".....
I am completely exasperated!!
I have explained it to her nicely. I have sent a cancellation based on 'buyer requested shipping to a country I dont'post to", but I suspect she won't agree to it.
If she decides to go and leave negative feedback - what can I do about it?

I'm sure that my husband is glad that I'm not a preying mantis.

We simply do not have the time, energy or inclination to post
That is why I suggested click & send, it takes very little time to print out the labels and pop the items in the satchels then AP will send someone to collect the parcels at your house.
I think it would take less time than crating a bunch of listings that don't sell because nobody local wants them.
Of course it is your choice if you want to restrict your market but I just don't think it is time effective.
Re the question about Paypal protecttion, it is correct that a buyer cannot make a claim for a pick up item however if they go to their bank and do a chargeback the seller will lose as they have no on line trackable proof of anything having been posted.

While there is no Seller Protection (meaning that if a chargeback is decided in the cardholder's favour, PayPal foots the bill), it's still actually a decision the bank makes and there's no guarantee one way or another that a seller will lose, though probably more likely. It first depends on the reason for the chargeback, and what evidence the seller has to defend against the claim.

kind of a bit weird then to see all the threads on here about people not getting their feedback
