So I was wondering, how many other people have had this issue? I've had it quite frequently lately, and its very frustrating. Really, didn't you notice that you added an extra 0 to your bidding limit?
As we all know, unfortunately we can't leave feedback about this. Does anyone else think that ebay should start allowing sellers to leave feedback about buyers that do this?
Its very annoying!

No.
Just do a NPB, leave them a strike (which helps smart sellers) and go on with life.

never happened to me, but if it did I'd just open a non payer dispute, close it 4 days later and relist. leaving f/b about it would mean nothing, help no-one, and never be seen... what's the point?

May as well try to stop the tide. It happens, go through the motions, and relist. The less time spent thinking about these things the better.

Leaving false positives is against policy; if the buyer reported you, you would get a policy violation.

HI mate! Unfortunately sellers are the "LOWEST LINK"..We became absolutely defendless against buyer's. This UNPAID ITEM STRIKE which ebay can leave on buyer's account DOES NOT work...The buyer can appeal against it ..tell ebay some "rubish".."I am sick" "kids"..bla bla and ebay will delete it.
More...IF YOU SELLING A GOOD GENUINE BRAND ITEM-"CHANEL" OR "CHRISTIAN DIOR"but you do not have the original receipt the ebay "KNOCKER'S.."- whistleblowers, who knows nothing in authenticity but pretending to be EXPERTS ,they will "KNOCK" on you and ebay will take your AD off sale...no words to describe my feelings!! There are no EXPERTS there... When you try to explain and express yourself that you have second hand dealer licence and EXPERT yourself - they suspend your account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think you are all being a bit harsh. It is easy for a bidder to accidently or unrealisingly use a comma instead of a stop on their bid which turns a $10 bid into $1000 which could end up with them going way over what their highest bid was intended to be.

I agree and it is even more easily done now if using phone app's etc.

but are these NPB still getting the NPB transactions credited to their name so as a seller I see one guy has 92 deals recorded very fast but i know that he has not settled on a lot of deals. if he is getting the NPB deals credited to his name he looks like a good ebayer.

I doubt a seller would give a positive feedback to a buyer who did not pay. ?:|
