Ha Buyer on our store ID bought a brand new smartphone from us, asked 50,000 questions about it, then bought it, then did not pay for it, was ready to open UPID, got a message from the buyer can they pay next week, said OK, they paid next week, then we sent them the item, then the very day she recieved it opened a dispute claim , under :Item does not fit ;reason it is to heavy for me (standard weight for a 5.2 inch screen phone) and screen smudges to easily, and cant afford to send it back until later this month if OK with us.
So basically read that as saying need to use the phone till later this month until watever happens then return a used phone for a full refund, OK did not answer the dispute, got on the phone to Ebay explained the situation, customer service person had a look at it and agreed this looked like a change of mind but wanted to keep the item for awhile, no claim for item not working or faulty, so was instructed not to answer but to escelate the dispute on Sat (tomorrow) and state reasons for refusing to agree to the dispute, anyhow this morning friday the buyer escalated the dispute themselves, **bleep** never had a chance to state my case, now in the hands of Ebay for a desicion, dam was sure now we are screwed as we know Ebay always side with the buyer probably looking at loosing the phone plus the purchase price as well, Anyway got the dreaded Ebay desicion message, opened it up expecting the worst BUT Ebay voted in our Favour !!!! Yah Winner for once !!! One to Seller, 20 to Buyers,

Oh, my eyes are burning after trying to read all those lines bunched up together.
Ahh, eating some banana-flavoured M&Ms... okay, that's better. Oh good... yay, a win for sellers, indeed!

OK may be a bit long winded but bottom line here occasionly us sellers can win, and we are talking about a few hundred dollsrs here not a $10 item.

Nothing like being long-winded and without paragraphs as well.......................
TBH I couldn't be bothered attempting to read the lump of words in the OP's post.
But that's just me.
Edit, I missed a paragraph that was cunningly concealed as a space between speech.....................................
"Start me up I'll never stop......"

When a buyer chooses the reason - Item Does Not fit that comes under a buyers remorse reason and the buyer would not have been covered under the Money Back Guarantee.
If you have a no returns policy on your listing (for change of mind reasons), once the buyer escalates, ebay will automatically close buyers remorse cases in favour of the seller.
Remorse Reasons - (Dependent on Sellers Return Policy)
- Doesn't fit
- Changed mind
- Found a better price
- Just didn't like it
- Ordered by mistake
Not As Described Reasons (Covered by Money Back Guarantee)
- Doesn't work or defective
- Doesn't match description or photos
- Wrong item sent
- Missing parts or accessories
- Arrived damaged
- Doesn't seem authentic

Jens did you know that if a seller has a no refund policy that ebay cover the cost of the refund which the buyer gets as well as keeping the item? Much better to have a refund policy that states refund of item price only on return then the buyer has to return it at their own expense to get a refund and is not unjustly enriched by ebay.
It says in this book I am reading that by 2065 80% of women will be overweight.
See what a trendsetter I am?
