CAREFUL if you attempt to REVISE a LISTING

I just went to add an extra word to the title of a listing ending in 1 day & 22 hours [Retro Hunting Glasses]..... when I pressed SUBMIT the next window had all these RED ALERTS saying YOU MUST ADD A DESCRIPTION.... WTH

EBAY had WIPED the entire contents of the listing !!! I didn't click any wrong buttons or do anything out of the ordinary.

All I could do was press the BACK button to get out of there [there was NO option to CANCEL Changes].

Fortunately after pressing BACK a few times I went back & checked the listing, it is still in tact, but WHAT A JOKE this place is turning out to be !

12 hours out was the last opportunity we once had to Revise. What the hell is wrong with this site these days...are they trying to drive us all batty or just AWAY from here ????

Yet another GLITCH on this annoying site, just went back in & it allowed me to Complete the revision this time.......but such a waste of time. I just wish things would run SMOOTHLY for more than a moment around here !

That has happened to me before on more than one occasion.  Go into revise and the whole description disappears.  Just go out using the back button and then try again.  It can be annoying.

Yep this glitch has happened to me quite a few times, very annoying, !! Especially if its a big description.. Is it a Friday thing or an anyday thing I am not sure.

That is why I keep copy of the total HTML of the description  🙂  When this happened to me, I just copied and pasted it back.

Yet another glitch that seems to be recurring lately....not just on fridays either.

For the 2nd time this week right at the moment my items are due to end [in the last minute] 'my ebay' page goes into melt down & the SOLD item REMAINS in the SELLING items.

What I am wondering is how many people MAY have attempted to bid on these items when ebay decided to 'lock up'. ???

Is anyone else selling Vintage finding this happening to them.

I might actually start a new thread for this.
