I have a car listed on ebay which has a few bids on it. Someone locally has seen it and offered to buy it off me. Am i allowed to take it of ebay and sell it to him? If so how do I go about romoving this from ebay?

Of course - just end the listing.
Go to My Ebay > Selling section. On teh right side of the list is a drop box, and in there choose "End Item" (or something worded like that).
Type a product name
