An item of mine has ended and was won buy a buyer. However I've had problems with this buyer as a seller to me. Can I choose not to accept his payment and not send him the item?

Looks very sus to me, one would have thought a seller with almost 18,000 should be beyond this type of petty feedback!
Hope eBay support you in cancelling the sale with no nasty aftermath!
