On a few of my listings, i did them as a single quantity and just found more sizes of the same item. Can i revise that single listing to now be a variations listing.
If so, how?

Sorry, but no, they're counted as different formats so you have to create an entirely new listing to add variations.
Because of that, quite often I will use a variation format listing so that I am able to go back in later and add new variations.
