I was wondering if it's OK to use the feedback I receive in my listings. I've seen it done by other sellers but still not sure. Do I need to get permission from the buyers who left the feedback?

I don't know the answer to that. I have seen a box at the end of listings with feedback scrolling down through it.
However, it is very easy for prospective buyers to click on your feedback if they want to read it. It may be just more junk on a listing.

You can do so if you wish bit I have no idea why you would want to. A lot of things that sellers like, scrolling gallery for instance, are disliked by buyers and I either hit the back button or completely ignore anything that isn't related to the item for sale.
It says in this book I am reading that by 2065 80% of women will be overweight.
See what a trendsetter I am?

Some widgets display feedback specific to the item in the listing, and I think that's probably the best use of feedback displayed in a description since it provides quick access to a specific range of FB.
As far as eBay's policies go, this is the only mention of FB in the User Agreement (none of the rules for listings suggest it's not ok, per se) :
While using the eBay services, you will not:
take any action that may undermine the feedback or ratings systems (such as displaying, importing or exporting feedback information or using it for purposes unrelated to eBay);
The "or" there vagues the statement up some, on the one hand it could be interpreted to mean doing all or any of that in a situation that is unrelated to eBay is not cool, others might interpret as saying displaying FB is not cool, anywhere, nor is using it for any purpose unrelated to eBay - and those two interpretations could be made by different, or even the same, eBay rep(s) at any given time.
The user agreement used to a bit different regarding use of FB, and basically said (in a nutshell) that feedback remained the sole 'property' of eBay, and all you were allowed to do with it is leave it and look at it. ๐
Personally, all evidence suggests it's ok to display FB on a description page, but I'll leave it open for debate, and/or up to you to decide.

Scrap that, I found something afterall, under the Third Party Endorsements policy. ๐
"Third-party logos, services, or representations that appear to validate, verify or claim trustworthiness of eBay members are not permitted on eBay.com.au. Further, while members may include elements of their eBay reputation (e.g., feedback rating) in listings, members may not manipulate eBay information or make claims based on eBay reputation that are unverifiable by the buyer who is looking at the listing.

Thanks digital*ghost. So, I can do it but like someone else said, why would I want to? That makes me think. I really don't like all the testimonials on some of these sites. I wasn't thinking of having the feedback go on and on, just a taste of what people are saying but - I guess I could just say, "Take a look at my feedback". Wow! That's a great idea, very subtle and to the point.
Thanks everybody ๐

Another thing to consider, in the unfortunate event you get a negative (not trying to jinx you!!), you don't want that scrolling through staring people in the face. I know they can always go and have a look in your feedback, but you don't want it jumping out at people in your description.
As a buyer, I personally find flashy banners and scrolly things annoying. That's just me though. I think, as you said, something telling people to look at your feedback would work much better, especially if people are using the phone app.
