Can I use pick up instead of postage?

if you are the seller, yes, you can select either or offer both.

if you are the buyer, you need to contact the seller and ask before bidding or purchasing of they do not give the choice in their listing.

In the listing select create postage policy.

A new window will pop up, give the policy a name such as no postage.

Then select no postage local pick up only.

Save and complete the listing.

A good idea is to have the postcode of the item and the date to be picked up by in the listing.
