I've sold an item, but mistakenly indicated 'Freight' rather than normal postage. The buyer now cannot pay, and I cannot change 'Freight' to normal postage. Cheers

Have you tried resending the invoice? Change the postage option to standard or registered in the invoice and put the amount in the box. DO NOT hit recalculate as it resets the invoice to how it was originally.
