Hi. I have recently had a product removed because I need to verify its authenticity. Does anyone know how I can have my product authenticated on ebay for selling? Thanks in advance.

ask Nutribullet australia's distributor to give you a letter of authenticity
or go direct to Nutribullet themselves for a letterof permission to sell on eBay Australia

Could you give more details about the item. Was it a "Designer Label" ? What was it ?

Hi. I am selling NutriBullets that I buy directly from the warehouse in China.

No need to explain anymore. There have been so many complaints about them on here, it's unbelievable.

How do you know that they are authentic?
Some one should tell people who buy these things, that you burn many many more calories actually breaking up food as part of the digestive process, and it's not helpful to weight loss to liquidate food.

I have no complaints from the buyers. I have been selling them for about 6 months, but only recently on ebay. I offer 12 months warranty. Everyone is very happy with the product. I am getting referals from customers passing my details on to friends. I can only imagine that it may have been a complaint to ebay from another seller selling the same product trying to rid the competition?

The OP looks dodgy to me IMO only.

My supplier has assured me that they are. He is currently organising a certificate for me. My annoyance is that ebay has had a complaint from a member questioning authenticity, and without any correspondence to me to provide documentation, my listing was removed, along with any details I had from the people I had already sold to. I was informed from ebay that i needed to show on my listing a certificate of authenticity or a receipt to show proof of purchase. I have looked at other members listings selling the same product, but do not find this on their listings either. Who shows their reciept of purchase when trying to sell a product to make money on?

What does OP mean please?

So you don't actually know that they are authentic? You only have your suppliers word?...
I would be very careful. Most fakes come from China..
If you can't be certain, or even supply proof they are authentic, then don't sell them.. Your feedback will be trashed by annoyed buyers and any money you make will be refunded.
