Hi. I have recently had a product removed because I need to verify its authenticity. Does anyone know how I can have my product authenticated on ebay for selling? Thanks in advance.

How do you know that your "supplier" in China isn't selling you cheap knock offs ? Just because he says "They are Genuine" is not an answer.

Yes, well I may have been hasty in selling them and not having a certificate of Authenticity. I'll see what I get from the supplier. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your reply. I will wait to see what the supplier provides. Ebays correspondence to me said items can also be verified through ebay. My original question was to see if anyone knew how to do this?

No. I had a carton arrive damaged. The units were dented, & a couple had a few scratches. I have only had one damaged carton so far. The units themselves worked fine.

ask Nutribullet australia's distributor to give you a letter of authenticity
or go direct to Nutribullet themselves for a letterof permission to sell on eBay Australia

and also. Think very carefully about that Warranty. It won't be worth anything !!!! As mentioned prior, you may get so many defects that your head will spin.

Ok thanks everyone. Question has finally been answered.

The way s/he's going with negatives and DSR's, s/he'll be defected out of eBay before s/he has a chance to get the COA.
4.4 is pretty bad for not as described.
The OP stated that they offer a 12 month warranty, but the listing says otherwise
No warranty at this price, no returns if you change your mind.
I also found this bit interesting....
Buyer must pay for item immediately or within 24 hrs, or the item will be relisted & negative feedback will be given.
OP, a seller can't give negative feedback to a buyer. If you leave a negative comment under a postive feedback, it is a policy violation. If the buyer reports it to eBay, they will remove it and you will have a policy violation on your account. Given that you probably already have a few defects on your account from negative feedback and low DSR's for item description, I wouldn't advise leaving a false positive.
