Do ebay think we are mugs when they allow 270 listings per month for some sellers and only 40 are free?Do they have anyone in authority to digest the first question and make an executive decision to raise the free listing quota?Do they honestly think...

Why is my seller rating less than the number of seller feedbacks I have received?

I have a seller rating of 68 (the number next to the star) yet I actually have 76 positive seller feedbacks and no negatives. Why isn't my seller rating 76 then??
