Select "Own packaging" you can still use the Aus Post box or cheaper to use your own box or packaging, if you place the item in a box, then wrap it as a parcel so they won`t cube it, enter dimensions, select signature required, you can then add additional cover, enter the full value amount, process and print the label as normal, but you will have to select lodge and pay later over the counter.

Also it is cheaper to click satchel or other rather than own box, even if you are using a box, as I said if you wrap the box in bubble wrap and paper or plastic, it is then a parcel and not a box, I hope that makes sense 😐

I thought you could, but only if you pay for signature on delivery.
I have used the boxes on occasion, but never had to add extra cover.
SP, that is good depending on the weight. As dylan mentioned the boxes have a 15kg limit if processed through C&S as a specific box. eg B1 is $7.15 flat postage (plus the cost of the box) to anywhere in the country. If the weight is over 500g, then the flat rate box is a hands down winner.

And I'm fairly sure you would have to add the SOD and extra cover options when you process it on C&S. Not at the PO.
