Hi guys
I checked my 12-month trending data, it says in Sep I received 2 low ratings on postage charge (count = 2).
But when I created a "Detailed seller ratings report" for Sep, there was only 1 count.
Was that a mistake?
It is important for me because I may lose my Top Rated Seller due to this extra 1 count.
Please help me understand, thx.

is it possible that DSR ratings are like feedback . . . . . two or more DSR ratings from the one buyer for transactions that occur in the one week count as one?
Have you had any buyers of multiple items recently?

That is possible.
Then which is the number that actually decides whether I can keep my TRS rating?
And yes I had some buyers bought multiple items.

When you first click on "seller dashboard" that figure you see there would be the one that dictates your status. I believe that would make sense. As that's the one that shows you how you're doing and your summary etc.

that will need be be answered by someone else as I don't know. I am only a smalltime casual seller of low priced items. I pay no attention to my DSRs
