It's working for me, however sometimes it blanks out. Try refreshing a couple of times or maybe a different browser?

I just tried and it worked for me. Check the spelling of the buyers username. I have looked at a few where I cut and pasted the name into the search box and came up with nothing. Then I realised I had missed the first or the last character in their ID.
