Can't put quantity? WHY ? New style sucks..

Why i can't i change the quantity of item on PC?

I have to list it first on PC, and then go to ebay on mobile, where it shows the quanitty option.

On pc, i can't find it.

It used to be there, but now with the new changes, it's not there..
