Can you change your font of the Store categories in the new store layout?

I can only see it in the old start, as an option in display settings.

Also the background colour behind the store categoroes.

In a word, no.

The only customisation features in the new look store are the banner and logo (plus some minor stuff like featured listings at the top on the home page). You're not able to change anything else, even via HTML.
