Can you schedule listings during the free promotional period without fees?

I have to go away with work and wont be returning until after the 150 free promotional listings end.  I would like to list the 150 today but have them scheduled to appear on the 31st July.  Can i do this without any fees?

As long as the start time is within the free listings period that should work,  but you can't list them to start after the promotion has closed as they are not taken off the free listing allocation untl they go live and if the free listings have expired, you will be charged.
