You can run a dsr report. On the left of your seller dashboard is a link to detailed seller rating reports. Clickon that and select item number from the drop down.
Now you need to find 10 item numbers that you know gave you 5 stars. Put those 10 item numbers in the box separated by a comma. Give it a title. Then run the report. After a few minutes refresh the page and if the report highlights it's completed.
When you open the report if each category says 5.0 it means you have 10 good item numbers. If it says anything less than 5 one or more of them didn't give you 5 so try a new lot of 10 numbers.
Once you have 10 numbers that give you 5, click run similar from the drop down on the right of the report. Remove the LAST number only and put in the item number of the transaction you want to check. Give it a title, i normally just use the buyers ID so I can see at a glance, then run the report. Keep refreshing until it's completed.
Opening the new report will show you what stars that buyer left. If the report shows as no results it means the buyer either didn't leave stars, didn't leave stars for everything or its been less than 24 hours since they left feedback.
Keep that report that gave you 10 perfect numbers so you can use it for future checks.
