In relation to DVDs there are restrictions on selling pirated DVDs on ebay no matter which country they were purchased in.
If you do not have legitimate proof of purchase from a very reputable supplier you may run into problems.
If you are new to selling, and listing new DVDS then you may also find there are listing restrictions that will be placed on your account.

Yes, DVDs we purchased in Bali, watched and wanting to on-sell. Probably best to not sell them I guess!!

in all honesty, would have been better to not have purchased in first place, illegal piracy is illegal piracy no matter how much fun you were having on your holiday, you're still ripping honest actors / directors / distributors off.

The OP never said they were pirated.
I just made some points in case they might have been.
