Can you sell & directly invoice a buyer without listing an item you have only 1 of ?
A buyer requested a dvd I have only 1 copy of so dont want to list for everybody as he may not get it.
To comply with ebay rules how can I do this ?

As Sparrow explained,(less chance of popping up early in a search if they searched via category and most don't
go past a few days if they are big categories like DVD's).
After doing a search in that category none of my DVD's or any that I've sold previously like 4WD action or
Pig hunting, etc show in the the search by category,(the 4WD and Pig hunting ones only come up when
searching by the Action & Adventure Genre),
Which means the Caravan ones don't show at all as they removed the Travel Genre from that search,
No wonder my sales for those are carp,(as the only way to find those, the buyer needs to be specifically looking
for them),
Looks like I'll be spending more time trying to get some sense as to why this is so,

Thanks Tazz, the penny dropped after it was too late to edit my previous post, but the logic is impeccable.
You've also explained why the majority of my DVDs haven't sold despite some being listed for over 6 months. 😞
Email sent in regards as to why they have a category I have to list in and then the listing doesn't show in that category,
This now has me wondering on how many other categories are "stuffed up" like that one,
