I brought something off eBay and it doesnt suit me, so can I sell it on eBay now?

yes of course you can but you cannot use the Sellers' photos and descriptions without their permission.

you should do your own, or email the seller and see if they are willing to allow you to use theirs.

sure can i got my wedding dress of ebay but when it came in it never fit and i hated it sold it back on ebay and went and go another one.
