I've got an order with an address that says "Parcel Collect ..." (a number on the end). Can 'letters' be sent to those addresses or not? I seem to remember reading something in the forums on this but it was quite a while ago.

Parcel lockers and parcel collect have almost identical restrictions- I have screenshots for them both because I found a lot of buyers assume I'm refusing to send to them by choice, so now I include it when I invariably have to send a message explaining why I can't post to the address (hence why there is a blue arrow at the top ).

Thanks for that. I was pretty sure it was you who said something about it once before. I sent something to a parcel locker once and I remember asking the buyer about it but it was so long ago I can't remember whether it was a letter or a parcel.
Now I'll have to go through the rigmarole of trying to get an alternative address from this buyer. Fingers crossed!
The reason I thought it may have been a forwarding service is because her email address is a NZ one.
