Can you use Parcel Collect for letters

I've got an order with an address that says "Parcel Collect ..." (a number on the end).  Can 'letters' be sent to those addresses or not?  I seem to remember reading something in the forums on this but it was quite a while ago.

Can you use Parcel Collect for letters

Parcel lockers and parcel collect have almost identical restrictions- I have screenshots for them both because I found a lot of buyers assume I'm refusing to send to them by choice, so now I include it when I invariably have to send a message explaining why I can't post to the address (hence why there is a blue arrow at the top Smiley Very Happy ).

I was thinking it was a parcel locker but now I suspect it's a forwarding address. Edit: I googled and it is a parcel locker.

Thanks for that. I was pretty sure it was you who said something about it once before. I sent something to a parcel locker once and I remember asking the buyer about it but it was so long ago I can't remember whether it was a letter or a parcel.

Now I'll have to go through the rigmarole of trying to get an alternative address from this buyer. Fingers crossed!

The reason I thought it may have been a forwarding service is because her email address is a NZ one.
