A Buyer is trying to cheat on my item to be sold and I have tried my best to contact eBay to no avail. Price was advertised as $600. He asked for postage and he now claims this is end price. Why cannot we contact eBay directly?

I think more details are required, you don't have any listing for $600, active or sold?

The Ranger roller cover that you had on auction and now have listed for $1500.00 ? With auctions a BIN price disappears as soon as the first bid is made so that should be what you sell the item for, understandably you don't want to do that. All you can do is refund the buyer if they have paid and cancel the transaction. You'll probably get a neg for it though.

I never ever agreed to sell the product to this buyer. It was postage charge. What I cannot understand is no help from eBay in replying to several emails I have sent them. As new to whole process and done through Gumtree I would have expected some sort of response. I intend to no longer use eBay and will cancel all.
Are you able to give me a more detailed of how to stop the whole process with this so called sale.
Thanks for your help. Cheers Chris

Go through the link below and use "problem with buyers address" as the reason for cancellation.
