Cancelling unpaid item

Hi - my buyer hasn’t paid, but since it’s been more than 30 days since the sale, I can’t cancel it. Doesn’t anyone have any tips?

The new ruling of Ebay is 'If a buyer did not pay after 4 days, the sale/order is automatically cancelled by Ebay. I have 2 of those last month. The best is to contact Ebay under 'HELP' tab. They will gladly sort the issue.

What davewill said... and did you read the OP?... "it's been more then 30(THIRTY) Days... And that was 17 days ago.
