Cant Contact Customer!

Hello Everyone!! Trying to contact a customer but it wont let me- just keeps saying try again later... anyone know a way around it??

Try going from different places.

Select their ID then contact or select the listing in sold then contact from there.

I have been having this issue a lot too.

I'm not sure if you've tried this, but it's the only way I can contact a buyer when the error occurs - go to the transaction in your seller manager, on the drop down menu where it says 'print postage label' select 'contact buyer'

Hopefully that works?
