Cant find payment from seller

I cannot see any payment in paypal.

Does anyone else find this system impossible?

Easy to buy something but selling what a hassle.

I'm confused......are you a buyer waiting for a refund or a seller waiting for a payment?

If you are waiting for a buyer to pay you can open an Unpaid Item dispute after 4 days and close it in a further 4 days, giving the buyer a strike.

Why would a seller be paying you? Is it a refund?

Easy as pie, I'd have thought - if anyone has paid you anything via PayPal, the payment will show when you log into Paypal. You should also have received a "payment notification" e-mail from PayPal.

If the payment is for an item you sold on eBay, go into "My eBay" and look at the item in question - if payment has been made, it will show up as "Paid".

I guess you mean "from a buyer".

Anyway if ebay says it is paid but you cannot find in in your paypal account just call Paypal and ask them to confirm that you have received this payment.

A few weeks ago they had this problem when only eBay could see that some items were paid for, but there were no records about theese payments  in Paypal and there were  no emails from Paypal about the.

It turn out to be a bug and you could even see these missing payments somewhere in Paypal resolution center. They fixed it back then within 2 days.

If it's for the BMX, did you upgrade your Paypal account to be able to receive money into it?

Also being a new seller your payment will be put on hold for 21 days until you can show that the item's been delivered or you have +ve feedback for it, it will probably take a phone call to Paypal once you have either of those to get funds released.

To add, I had a payment go through without any problems a couple of hours ago (part refund from a seller).

If it is showing as paid by Paypal in ebay but it is not visible in your Paypal account then the most likely explanation is there is a typo in the email address you have in the listing for Paypal payments. To check if that is it go to the item in sold and click on the sell similar link. Scroll down to the payments section and check the email address.
