Please act expeditiously to remove or disable access to these materials.
That's the only action the form requests eBay take - I suspect action against a specific member would have to be court-ordered.

I can guess which post you would have used it for crikey, i don't think I would be the only one that reported it, and a lot more by the same troll!
I have never had to request feedback removal, the only negs I ever received were removed by ebay as the buyer was a scammer and was NARUd shortly after leaving it but it is good to know that ebay will now look at least some areas where the seller is not at fault and remove unfair feedback. I don't think they can stop anyone sending in a claim of defamation even if you have to make up the wording yourself, they could leave themselves open to being sued in court which would not make economic sense if just removing a feedback comment would do the trick especially as they would not have to remove the actual neg, just the comment.
