Tell me if I'm wrong.... but this is indicative of a defect right?
Buyer opened item not received case, I uploaded tracking which showed it had been delivered.
Buyer closed case and apologised saying that a work colleague had signed for it and put it somewhere 'safe'... fair enough that kind of stuff happens.
But how come I get defected for someone else's faux pas?

Phone eBay - speak to a supervisor, they should amend this as you can prove the error was the buyers.
Let us know how it goes.....

Where do you go to see someone's defects ?
Which part of the search fucntion brings it up ?

I will do just that 😄 Ty!
I'll probably have to speak to three people to have it declined first.... but maybe... just maybe....

You can only see your own defect...... but it's in the seller dashboard.

This should take you straight to it.

That first link should take you to your defects.
This one should take you to your dashboard.

I don't think the seller dashboard will work if you have less than 10 things sold with feedback.

Good point Curraone.... I didn't even think of that! I'm stuck 'waiting' in Ebay chat *sigh*
