Choosing auction instead of classified

Im trying to sell my boat, but the only option it comes up with is to sell as a classified ad. I want to make it an auction but there is no option to do so. Am I able to do this.

things have changed a bit on ebay since you last sold 3 or 4 years ago.  You should try to re-register as an eBay Seller and they'll ask you to put a c/card on file with them to pay your fees from.  do that and you should then be able to select Sell by Auction,

remember for a caravan, boat or car you dont need to offer Paypal, and you should clearly state in the listing  Pick up from...[your suburb/town] within  xy number of days from auction end.
