Click & Send - Unable to print address labels - error message

Hi,

I've just processed and paid for a large satchel, when I try to print the labels the following message appears,

A general system error occurred, please try again to connect.
If the problem persists, contact the support team.

I tried phoning but due to large volume of calls I was dis-connected by aussie post.

Not sure what to do, I tried printing from the email I was sent but no luck there either.

Do you think I will be able to print the labels at a later date - after I've logged out from the website?

That happened to me earlier.  All you you need to do is click on history/tracking link at top of page Them item history.  Then choose the lodgement date you want to find then click grey button "Filter".  Then click the grey button at the bottom that says print itemsdocuments and it should bring up your labels.

Just keep trying to print out from the email.

You are on a time limit though to be able to do this.

So you might need to call them again and hang on till they take your call.

Go Click and Send Website then into history and try printing from there.

Has worked for me and others.

Thank you,  will give it a try.   Get an error message when I try to print from the email as well.

Can't even hang on when phoning - they just keep dis-connecting me due to a large volume of calls.

Good to know I can come here for a very fast solution - I appreciate it.

I just processed a parcel as well and got the same error message.

Looks like they still have some work to do.

But printing through history worked again for me as well.

Will this ever work as it should.:-(
