Tried paying by Paypal and while it was processing, for 15 minutes all I had was a round circle on the screen
In this time, I got the payment confirmed email, but I never got to the page to print the postage labels and no email to print them from
I still have another 10 to do of this account yet, what do I do?

Thing is, it's not just Paypal. I just paid for 13 parcels on visa. The money has been debited, but no labels, and the parcels are still showing as unpaid for in my shopping list on click and send.
This is so frustrating.

Gosh - that was a stressful afternoon! Everything went from "cruising through the day, smiling at all the lovely sales" to absolute OMG Panic mode after about 3:30pm!! ๐ฎ
I had the same issue - I paid by Paypal but it never processed the payment back to AP, so the items are all still sitting in my C&S Checkout.
I was on the phone for about an hour as well, so long that I was able to pack the balance of my deliveries while on hold LOL
In the end I had about 1/2 Click and Send (printed over the weekend) and for the other half I had to buy 500g Prepaids and stand at the desk at the PO and write them all out. What a PAIN, I forgot how awful that is LOL
I've also been told to email to clickandsend@auspost.com.au and quote teh Paypal transaction Number and the Item Number, and they will credit it back.

That's exactly what I did as soon as I realised what had happened (PayPal transaction ID and all) - I doubt that would have helped as if they were able to process my transaction manually I'd assume they would be able to for everyone else, especially those who had purchased many labels, so I hope they can see on my account that I ultimately did get to print the label. ๐ฎ

Been a long month....first the $49.95 for a store I dont have, then all this crap today
The $49.95 stands, they dont take it straight off the invoice, apparently they (can't), they can only do that for selling and listing fees only
After a very heated discussion on Live Chat, they did promise the $49.95 will be credited to my PayPal account at the next invoice cycle, but we will see]:)
I wont be using Click & Send til Wednesday to be safe too, don't want to lose more money is the system

I used Click and Send twice without problems, the third time I wasted an hour trying to get the labels to print. Eventually I gave up and called the the next day to ask for the labels to be emailed to me, which the operator did right away. Have decided to charge buyers the $7.20 regular satchel price and just write on the bag, too much mucking about for me.

Ditto. No confirmation email to print from. Thought it was me as I've been having hassles with the net in the afternoons (and from midnight until 3 when it suddenly decided to work properly). Ended up paying again when I got home from work. Then shot them an email demanding a refund of the duplicate postage.

Hi all,
Thanks for your patience during this difficult time it is appreciated by not only myself, but all the C&S team who are just as frustrated with the problems as all of you.
I'll pass all this feedback on to them to add to our records, and hopefully it will start improving soon.

Hi Alice - how can we know when it's "safe" to use C&S again?
Are the AP Facebook or Twitter teams making announcements?
I have a couple to send today, but also have to go to teh PO anyway, so I am wondering if I should just buy 500g Prepaids again.

Think I'll just risk it and send without tracking today.
What I did was took a photo of the Prepaid Satchel parcel (with tracking number sticker on it) then lodged over the counter and asked the woman to scan it in.
I checked it online and it shows as "Accepted from Customer" but that's all so far (only 1/2 day later). My reasoning is that the address was clearly visible in the photo of the sealed packet, so that plus the online status should mean that I am covered (technically at least)
Anyway, I'll fight it if and when there's a claim. The chances are pretty slim that there'll be a problem anyway.
