Click & Send Error I can't Figure Out

I've been using C&S for a while without a problem.

But this morning I am getting an error I've not seen before and I cannot get past it.

"Ship from State is Invalid"

I have tried entering all address fields manually and still the same problem.

It fails the postcode validation but 5600 = Whyalla in SA when I looked it up and that is what is on the address.

I'm pulling my hair out. And I can't afford that!

I have seen this error before too. It is to do with your address - ship from - not ship to. When I checked my address it was indeed missing the state for some reason and I could not put it back. I think that I logged out of click and send, rebooted the computer and started again.

Thanks for that tip jawsnine.

I hadn't thought of my own address as that has not changed.

But I went in and checked it and all looked OK.

So I blanked all fields and re-entered and re-saved.

Then the whole thing worked.

So they have been messing with their database somewhere.

No problem. I haven't done my parcels for today yet so I hope thay haven't been messing with it too much.
