Forgive me if this has been asked and answered - Iooked but couldn't find the answer.
Has the way Click and Send 'show' the services you have chosen changed?
I am sending some packages today - and two need to go Signature on Delivery as they are over $50.
I have selected Signature on Delivery - it has added the $2.95 option to my total - but labelled it "tracking".
I phoned C&S help desk to ask if it had changed as I am fairly sure (but not 100% certain) other ones I've sent in the last couple of weeks showed as 'signature on delivery'.
Has anyone else noticed this?
I don't like it showing that I'm paying for tracking (which is a free service for all parcels now) - I'd be much happier if it showed what I was actually purchasing - Signature on Delivery.
However, maybe I'm better off - at the Post Office when lodging the items - paying for Extra Cover - of $100 for $1.50 instead of the $2.95 for SoD?
Many thanks in advance for your replies.

Oh - another thing...... they are now charging extra for Delivery Options?? Has it always been this way and i just didn't notice?
I didn't choose Express Post - (If I needed it there quick I would have)
I chose - Regular Post - I have an option to choose 'specify delivery days'; 'specify delivery date' or 'specify delivery times' for an extra $3.00!
Cheers

I've never really looked to see what the text is when I've chosen Signature on Delivery but I do know that the label always prints out with a tiny Signature icon. I stick a big pre-printed "Signature on Delivery Required" label on the parcel to make sure it stands out.
And yes, the other delivery options have been there for a while, but it depends on the postcode which options are displayed.
