Does any one else out there have a hell of a time with C&S. At first I thought it was a slow connection at work, but it is the same at home. I either wait for an hour to log in (okay, slight exageration) or else once I get it all sorted, paid and try to print my address label...pfft 'tis gone., never to be seen again. No PDF, no nothing. Been happenning for last few days - Any body out there expereicing this at the moment or am I just lucky ??X-(

You must be lucky.
I've done a few in the last couple of days, and they've gone through fine. Admittedly I haven't been migrated yet.

I don't know what version I am using...I registered for click and send on 15th May - would this be the newer one do you think?

Hi, Yes it most probably is the newer one. However, I think you should give them a phone call.
I've found their help desk to be very good.
Regarding the printing of labels - once you've paid, you should get an email with a link to print - that works for me when all else fails.

Hi,
When I tried to print my first labet after my account was migrated, it wouldn't print. I called the Click & Send help phone # and was successfully helped to solve the problem. Apparently, my version of Adobe for handling PDFs was not the latest version. I updated that and now my labels and documents print.
On the occasions when I've needed to call the C&S help #, I've found them easy to understand and quite helpful. Try calling them.

Have posted many items and not had a problem yet with it and I have the new version as well.

Happy, I hadn't thought of that, I have upgrade to Adobe10 - seems to have helped a lot, cheers all:-)
