If you want to access the flat-rate prices then you need to buy the eBay satchels and Aus Post boxes. If you want to send items using your own packaging you can still use Click and Send to prepare and print your labels. The cost is the regular postage price and payment needs to be made at the Post Office on lodgement.
If you use your own packaging you may need to remind your PO staff to process them as Click and Send Regular or Click and Send Express to ensure they don't issue another tracking barcode.
