Hi All,
Why can't I buy postage online without courier pickup? I just want to buy postage online but don't want a courier to pick up my satchels. Is this possible? I had a look at click n send help and it doesn't seem so. I was under the impression that one could buy postage online and then just place satchels in a post box. What a pain!
TIA!

If you have linked your ebay ID to your Click and Send account and selected ebay items for processing within Click and Send, the tracking number is automatically populated for that transaction in ebay. You can view it in a range of ways including on the order details page, or by selecting add/edit tracking number next to the sale details in myebay.
If you have not linked your ebay ID to Click and Send and manually entered the information - then if you look at the click and send label, the AP Article Id number above the barcode is the tracking number. You can also find this information within click and send, by selecting items history at the top of the page, and locating your items details that way.

And there's a box you can tick when preparing the label to send tracking info to the buyer. They will receive an email from Aus Post with the tracking number and a link to the Aus Post tracking page.

Fortunately you only have to go through the linking process to your ebay ID once each year.
The link will now be available to import ebay items every time you log in.
When the link is about to expire in a years time, you will get a reminder message from AP to reconfirm the link.

Has anyone used the Courier Pickup option?
Do they actually pickup at the specified time (if selected) and does the driver scan everything in?
I have considered using it a few times when I have had heaps to send but was worried I wouldn't get proof of lodgement.

Hi,at the bottom of the C & S home page it says "create an item" click there, this takes you to the next page where you see the ebay logo at the top LHS and on the top RHS click "add items"

Hi Samko5501, there is a user guide "Download step by step user guide" on Click n Send when you log in, half way down page, click on link and save to desktop or print out. Very handy for all your questions.

I've never had to confirm my eBay account with C&S. And it's coming up 2 years.
Myabe I'm lucky.
