About a week ago I upgraded my shop subscription from 200 listings to 500 listings.
I currently have 188 active listings, so when looking at this screen shot, why does it say I still have 471 remaining?
Surely it should say that I have 312?

more than likely only 29 have are either new listings or have relisted since you upgraded the store that is all that will be counted the other 159 will get counted when they relist

newdeals would be correct, any of the free listings used from the previous subscription won't be taken off the new total of 500, until they tick over to a new cycle (if GTC) or are relisted - just as an aside, any sales made from listings under the old store subscription will still incur the old FVF rate, just in case you take a look at the fees and notice some are still being charged at the higher percentage (as soon as they tick over or are relisted under the new subscription, the new FVF will apply).
